Job summary

Melior is seeking a Head of Graphic Design in Singapore to lead a creative team delivering integrated brand experiences across global clients. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design across high-profile projects, directing visual concept development, branding and campaigns for events and activations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of graphic design experience, including leadership.
• Strong background in MICE, events, exhibitions or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience delivering work for major global brands and managing complex projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, branding and visual storytelling across physical and digital assets.
• Experience leading design teams while remaining hands-on.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; print, signage, fabrication and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision and design standards across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor and develop the graphic design team for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Spatial Design to develop cohesive visual, spatial and experiential concepts.
• Remain hands-on on flagship projects including branding and large-scale event graphics.
• Present concepts to senior clients and support new business pitches and proposals.
• Oversee workflows, resource allocation and timelines with production and event teams.
