Qualifications

• University degree in scientific discipline or healthcare.
• At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, with proper documentation.
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Establishing regular communication and administering protocol training to assigned sites.
• Evaluating quality and integrity of site practices and escalating issues when needed.
• Tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
