Job summary

Fortrea Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior CRA I to lead site monitoring and site management for clinical studies. You will ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs, while acting as a local lead monitor on assigned projects.

The role requires 3 years of clinical monitoring experience and a life science degree or equivalent qualification, with strong English language skills and regulatory knowledge. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical research experience in pharma/CRO industries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study sites including routine monitoring and closeout.
• Manage site activities and lead monitoring for protocols.
• Coordinate with investigators, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare trip reports and maintain study documentation.
• Ensure SAE reporting and data quality per regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with training and mentoring of new staff.
