Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Research Associate with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Oncology studies experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Strong monitoring, data integrity, and site management expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial monitoring tasks with focus on quality and improvement.
