Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Moderate level of critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent, protects confidentiality, ensures data integrity, and tracks IP handling.
• Reviews ISF/TMF, documents activities, and supports recruitment and retention efforts.
• Manages travel up to 75% and collaborates with sponsor and site personnel.
• Provides training and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
