Job summary

Resort World Sentosa is seeking a Senior Costume Specialist to support the lead and duty manager in delivering consistent costume and prop presentation across all entertainment offerings, while overseeing daily care such as washing, ironing, and maintenance coordination.

They manage costume issuance, perform dresser duties including quick changes and wardrobe tracking, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in related disciplines.
2-3 years of related working experience in theatrical, film, television or service industry.

Responsibilities

Support the lead/duty manager in costume operations across shows, parades, ensuring continuity and consistency in costume and prop presentation.
Monitor costumes and maintain or request maintenance as appropriate (hand washing, dry cleaning, etc).
Handle day to day washing, drying and steam ironing of costume pieces and inner wear.
Manage costume issuance and checks with cast.
Rectify and repair costumes, props and accessories to maintain production quality.
Provide dresser services including quick change, preset and standard wardrobe track duties.
Provide team members with accurate information to facilitate informed maintenance decisions.
Train and guide team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to enhance operations.
