  • Proficient in sewing, alterations and finishing techniques.
  • Good colour sense, creativity and styling awareness; ability to style is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Ability to read and understand Mandarin to support comprehension of Mandarin scripts for business needs.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage costumes for productions, including wardrobe styling, selection, sourcing, preparation, packing, and maintenance of costume pieces.
  • Provide styling support to align artistes’ looks with creative direction, character requirements, and production themes.
  • Conduct costume fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure comfort, visual accuracy, continuity, and functionality during filming or live performances.
  • Liaise closely with artistes, creative teams, production crew, and external vendors on costume design, styling requirements, and modifications.
  • Perform sewing, alterations, repairs, and creative garment modifications as required to meet production needs.
  • Organise, track, and maintain costume and accessory inventories, ensuring proper labeling, cleanliness, storage, and readiness for use.
  • Support both local and overseas location shoots, including on-set wardrobe assistance and styling continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by production management or Head of Department.
