Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients accurately to meet menu specifications.
• Prepare meals following approved recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Portion and present food items to meet company standards consistently.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies promptly to prevent shortages.
• Cook high-quality meals and food items following company recipes.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking procedures.
• Clean and sterilize cooking utensils before each use to maintain hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of food preparation areas to comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete food orders efficiently and on time
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
• Stand for extended periods during shifts to fulfill cooking duties
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.
