Paul Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will follow directions from the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs, maintain high standards of hygiene, keep food FIFO compliant, and ensure proper storage and cleaning routines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Follow orders from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to perform tasks.
• Be adaptable to business needs; willing to work any day and any shift.
• Stay focused and complete one task before starting the next.
• Follow the work list from Chef de Partie, completed timely.
• Ensure food quality and sanitary standards; apply FIFO.
• Store all food properly in fridges and storage containers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; ensure stations are cleaned after service.
• Use equipment safely and teach proper use to colleagues.
