Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage contract administration and ensure compliance. You will handle variations, progress claims, EOT, and other contractual claims while protecting the company’s commercial interests.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, support negotiations and dispute resolution, and guide junior staff with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract/commercial experience with a Main Contractor.
• Strong experience in contract administration, negotiation, variations, and claims.
• Experience with A1 Main Contractor projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and ensure contractual compliance.
• Handle variations, progress claims, EOT, and other contractual claims.
• Review contracts, identify risks, and protect the company’s commercial interests.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial matters.
