Job summary

HETAT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead quantity surveying activities.

The role focuses on managing technical and commercial bid proposals, cost controls, and claims submissions for ongoing projects, with direct reporting to the Director. The candidate should possess at least 15 years of experience and a degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management, with solid knowledge of contract law and strong soft skills including communication, organization, and time

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience.
• Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
• Good working knowledge in contract law.
• Soft skills include: excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, highly organized, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical/commercial bid proposals.
• Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.
• Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.
• Prepare and strategies prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions.
• Report directly to Director.
