Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a client in the agricultural commodities trading sector in Singapore. You will draft, review, amend, and manage trade contracts to support trading activities and risk management.

You will collaborate with traders, operations and finance to ensure smooth contract execution, maintain standard templates, and ensure compliance with GAFTA/FOSFA where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience handling contracts in commodity trading.
• Experience with GAFTA/FOSFA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, amend, and manage trade contracts for agricultural commodities
• Ensure contract terms are clear, accurate, and aligned with commercial agreements and trading practices
• Liaise with counterparties to review comments and resolve discrepancies in contractual terms
• Identify potential contractual and operational risks and ensure proper documentation
• Work closely with traders, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution
• Support internal stakeholders by advising on contract terms, clauses, and structures
• Review and maintain standard contract templates and ensure alignment with industry standards (GAFTA / FOSFA where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
