Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within the building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, NEC, JCT.
• Proven experience in tendering, procurement, cost management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of building construction projects from tender to final account.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer main contracts and subcontracts.
• Provide contractual advice and commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
