Job summary

The role requires a solid foundation in engineering and operations, with a proven ability to coach teams and drive Kaizen projects in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and operational improvement within manufacturing.
• Led cross-functional improvement projects delivering measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, flow optimization and pull systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of plant-wide capabilities in performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive improvement initiatives aligned with KPIs and financial objectives with validated benefits.
• Apply analytical methods to identify root causes and improve productivity and budgeting accuracy.
• Work on AI and automation projects to advance process digitalization and data visualization.
• Coach and engage stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
