Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior professional to lead complex IT PMO and BPR engagements across ASEAN, driving end-to-end transformations in financial operations and trading systems. The role oversees project scope, timelines, quality, and risk, while guiding multi-stakeholder governance and client advisory initiatives.

You will mentor project teams, cultivate opportunities, and work across diverse leadership groups to deliver measurable business results and sustainable process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with consulting (senior consultant and above).
• 10+ years of professional experience with consulting (manager and above).
• Proven track record leading large-scale IT PMO, system migration, or BPR engagements within global or multi-national environments.
• Strong functional exposure to banking or financial services, with solid understanding of payment, transaction, or trading workflows.

• Direct complex management, business process reform, and IT/digital transformation consulting engagements across the ASEAN region.
• Lead project delivery lifecycle, overseeing scope, timeline, quality, risk management, and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Own end-to-end operational and systems transformations, with a core focus on financial operations, trading platforms, and transaction systems.
• Spearhead client account management, drive business development initiatives, and cultivate new consulting advisory opportunities.
• Manage and mentor project teams while building consensus across diverse cross-functional leadership teams.
