FactSet is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Client Success team in Singapore. You will solve business challenges for leading financial institutions and deliver value through technology.

The role targets professionals with 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, or consulting, and a bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields. This position offers two-week training in Manila, exposure to major institutions, ownership of client portfolios, and the chance to lead projects

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred, but all majors will be considered.
• Singapore Citizen or PR as eligibility requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge across FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite.
• Take ownership of client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience.
• Develop commercial awareness by identifying opportunities that support client retention and growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and own client issues from identification to resolution.
• Act as a voice of the client to provide feedback for product and service improvements.
• Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll build on your existing industry experience while developing deeper expertise in financial technology, client success, and relationship management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong knowledge across our products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
• Building trusted relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their business goals, challenges, and priorities
• Working with clients to identify opportunities to improve their workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
• Taking ownership of client initiatives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
• Developing commercial awareness by identifying opportunities that support client retention and growth
• Managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of client issues from identification through to resolution
• Acting as a voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights that can help drive product and service improvements
• Contributing to team development by sharing knowledge and experience

Who We Are Looking For

• A Singapore Citizen or PR
• Graduates or finance professionals with 2-4 years of working experience in the relevant industry
• A bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered)
