FactSet Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant, Client Solutions to join our Client Success team, helping leading financial institutions optimize workflows and realize value from the FactSet product suite. You’ll build deep industry knowledge, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service or consulting.
Strong communicator capable of building trusted client relationships.
Analytical with ability to understand client workflows and goals.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge across FactSet products and financial services workflows.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and understand their goals.
Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and product usage.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Drive client adoption, engagement and retention through proactive engagement.
