- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or commercial transformation.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to interpret and structure data.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives and diagnostics.
- Support route-to-market strategy and demand planning.
- Prepare executive-ready deliverables with clear storylines and recommendations.
- Facilitate client discussions and workshops in Japanese and English.
