Job summary

ABeam Consulting, a global professional services firm, seeks a senior transformation consultant to support multi-workstream programme management and operating model design in Singapore. You will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across regional and head office functions, delivering executive-level reports and actionable recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in consulting or PMO, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, accounting, risk management, banking, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, financial services, or similar disciplines.
• Experience in operating model design, transformation, governance, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct organizational and operating model assessments and support design/implementation of target operating models and governance frameworks.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, and management reports.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support delivery within timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance forums, and management discussions across regions.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and decision papers with practical recommendations.
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation, market research, and RFP responses.
• Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, RFP responses, and development of knowledge assets.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Risk Management, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, financial services, or similar disciplines.
• Experience in operating model design, organizational transformation, process improvement, governance enhancement, business analysis, gap assessments, and policy/procedure development.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare policies, governance frameworks, committee papers, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regional, international, or multicultural environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services, particularly in risk, compliance, governance, PMO, programme governance, operating model transformation, or large-scale transformation programmes, would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with shared services, centres of excellence, matrix organizations, proposal development, RFP responses, and business development activities would be advantageous.
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese would be advantageous to effectively engage and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
