Job summary

SAI RKGL Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor cum General Foreman to oversee day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites in Singapore.

The role requires 5+ years of site supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and enforce safety regulations on all projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods and site management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at various project sites across Singapore with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Resolve site issues promptly and ensure minimal project delays.
• Manage materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline at all times.
