Job summary

• Minimum 5 years local experience in construction industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and handle fast-paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across levels.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations and best practices.
• Supervise works to ensure conformity with contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site.
• Plan sequences of construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
