Job summary

Kai Peng Construction Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable site supervisor to manage daily construction activities on our projects. You will prepare schedules, coordinate task execution, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Reporting to managers and engineers, you will forecast resources, monitor attendance, allocate responsibilities, and handle ad-hoc duties to keep projects on track and compliant with site regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules, plan ahead, and forecast resources for all project-related activities.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train construction workers.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
