Job summary

DMJC CONSTRUCTION&ENGINEERING(S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to support Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring construction projects from inception to completion with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires leading rebar and formwork teams, liaising with main contractors, conducting inspections, and coaching new workers, including weekend duty as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience in a similar capacity.
• Certificates such as BCSS, Work-at-height, Formwork Supervisor, Coretrade as required by MOM.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor site operations from inception to completion.
• Lead and manage rebar and formwork teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies arising at site and coordinate with main contractors.
• Supervise day-to-day site works and address issues related to the project.
• Liaise with main contractors to ensure timely completion per quality specs and schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess worker performance on site.
• Manage and coordinate site works and workers across shifts and weekends as required.
• Provide coaching and training for new workers and promote strong safety culture.
