UNICRAFT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to plan, oversee, and deliver complex projects in Singapore.

You will lead multicraft teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance within budget. The role requires at least 8 years in construction project management, strong knowledge of regulations, and excellence in planning, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management or a similar senior project role.
• Extensive experience in managing construction projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contract administration, building regulations, and construction processes.
• Familiar with relevant Singapore building regulations, authority requirements, codes of practice, and Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, site personnel, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and quantity surveyors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, contracts, method statements, and variations.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations; monitor budgets and costs; ensure cost control.
• Work with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims, variation orders, payment certificates, final accounts, and commercial matters.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and take corrective actions.
• Regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports and risk assessments to Management.
• Assist in pre-tender activities and value engineering.
• Manage handover, testing, commissioning, defects rectification, and completion documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Mentor and guide project team members to improve capability and performance.
• Report major project risks, delays, commercial issues, and technical concerns to Management.
