Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with HDB / Condo / Commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team.
• Execute projects per Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget.
• Plan and update master programme.
• Preparation of Progress Reports.
• Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays.
• Resolve on-site Contractual Issues.
• Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers.
