Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project deliveries across requirements gathering, design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance for critical systems.

You will map project plans, manage risks and budget, lead a delivery team onsite and offshore, and maintain proactive stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in implementation and management of quality control systems.
• Hands-on attitude with meticulous and analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM) preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, resourceful and independent with good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stages of full project deliveries from requirements gathering to maintenance services.
• Map out the overall project management plan with defined roles, objectives, deliverables, schedule and risks.
• Establish a risk management plan to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage project budget and costs to maximize revenue and margins.
• Create a project execution plan and schedule for tracking deliverables by milestones.
• Build and lead a high-performance delivery team onsite and offshore.
• Oversee the entire project delivery lifecycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates and issue resolution.
