Job summary

ONCOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Lead to supervise multiple projects from planning to completion.

You will craft schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and constructability. The role requires mentoring site engineers and supervisors, monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with WSH, BCA and MOM, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring of site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and authorities to resolve issues.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for constructability.
