Job summary

LIMELITE PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Project Lead to oversee planning, execution, and on-time completion of civil/architectural projects on-site. You will ensure safety per WSH Act, manage budgets and resources, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to meet stringent standards.

You will also mentor the site team, optimize processes, and handle ad hoc duties while maintaining strict timelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and project management; oversee execution and monitor site progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and WSH Act provisions at all times.
• Control costs and manage project completion within budget; optimize resources and schedule.
• Liaise with Client's representatives; attend site meetings as required.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel and supervise teams.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Lead and mentor the team by setting guidelines and supervising staff.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and consultants on all project matters.
• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure site team complies with client and regulatory requirements.
• Assist management in monitoring risk control measures and recommend improvements.
• Assist with tendering for technical proposals as needed.
