Job summary

LI DA CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Lead Site Manager to guide construction operations on a live project in Singapore. You will drive planning, execution, and progress monitoring in alignment with the master schedule and detailed work programme.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, plus ensuring manpower planning and safe, on-time site delivery of works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the construction project team, overseeing site operations, project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
• Establish effective coordination and communication with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project activities and requirements.
• Oversee manpower allocation and resource planning, while monitoring work schedules to ensure efficient task assignment and seamless site operations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule and requirements.
