Job summary

LNDA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple sites in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in construction-related disciplines and proven site-management experience in Singapore. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction processes and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and workers.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities and project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor project costs, resources, manpower and work schedules.
• Attend project/site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Review drawings, method statements, work schedules and project documentation.
• Coordinate site activities and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure works comply with project requirements, safety standards and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and schedules.
• Assist with variation works, progress claims and other project-related documentation.
• Perform other project management duties as assigned by management.
