Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Singapore to lead construction projects from design through handover. You will drive schedules, cost control, and QA/H&S compliance while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Construction Management.
• Min 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Decision making and resource management abilities.
• Aptitude in problem-solving, dispute resolution, and emergency response.
• Team-oriented with a result-driven approach.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project schedule and site progress on track and compliant with legal obligations.
• Review design drawings for value engineering and constructability considerations.
• Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals during the award stage.
• Negotiate subcontractor deductions for non-compliance and breaches.
• Monitor project cost, budget adherence, cashflow and progress claims.
• Administer QA / H&S and handover certificates.
• Attend client design kick-off and internal design meetings; monitor follow-ons.
• Co-chair internal design reviews and client project-update meetings.
• Maintain relationships with relevant authority officers.
