Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Senior Construction Project Director to lead major construction projects in Singapore. The role covers initiation, planning, coordination and execution across all design and construction phases, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The ideal candidate will hold a civil engineering/construction management degree, be PE Board-recognized, and bring at least eight years of relevant experience in high-rise, warehouse or HDB/JTC projects, with strong

• Qualification must be recognized by the PE Board.
• Minimum 8 years of Civil Engineering experience (HDB, JTC, warehouse or high-rise building project experience).

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, coordinate and manage projects.
• Involve in all stages of projects from conceptualization to handover.
• Ensure progress within cost, time and the highest quality standards.
• Work with consultants to secure authorities’ approvals, planning and technical clearances.
• Lead, manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors and site team to deliver results.
• Other project management duties assigned.

• Possess good degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
