Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building projects, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

You will lead field supervisors, coordinate with subcontractors, plan temporary works, and ensure works meet contract specs and engineering standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and PE certification required/recognized.
• 8–10 years of construction experience with 5+ years on major building/depot projects.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of methods, materials and local regulations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of construction works for daily site progress.
• Manage field supervisors and equipment teams to ensure coordination.
• Plan and manage temporary works, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure works align with contract specs and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for effective communication throughout the project.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor status and quality.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks affecting project delivery.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement on site.
