Job summary

KOH Infrastructure Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role requires coordinating with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring productivity and safety, maintaining records, and supporting planning to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of site experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and safety requirements.
• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and beyond normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to meet schedules.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to resolve issues.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Oversee proper use, handling, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address safety, quality, or operational concerns.
• Attend site meetings and report progress and issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection logs, and project documentation.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to support smooth site operations.
