Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry.
• Experience in Infrastructure & civil works (MRT).
• MOM safety courses completed as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
