Muvan Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee civil and structural projects. You will manage end-to-end execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality across ongoing and upcoming works.

The role requires hands-on control of site operations, subcontractor coordination, and cost awareness, with a focus on compliance with MOM safety standards and local authorities.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of construction project management experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on familiarity with structural concrete works, road construction, drainage systems, precast elements, and coring/reinstatement.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise site operations including earthworks, drainage, slab casting, precast, and road/carpark construction.
• Monitor progress against master construction schedules and meet milestone targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade crews, and manpower deployment on site.
• Oversee equipment usage, materials tracking, and timely supply chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC testing requirements.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients for technical coordination and meetings.
