The role involves regular reporting, collaboration with architects, and ongoing staff training. You will oversee inspections, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with safety regulations while advancing project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Leadership experience is recommended.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams to deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Monitor construction processes and provide training and team-building sessions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform equipment, material, and site inspections.
• Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with safety codes and construction advancements.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
• Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
• Overtime work on construction sites as needed.
