Job summary

Qualifications

• Right to work and reside in Singapore.
• Qualified to practice in England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.
• At least five years post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong construction-sector expertise, preferably with Asia-Pacific exposure.
• In-house experience drafting and negotiating construction and infrastructure documents.
• Ability to operate in complex, multi-functional, multinational project environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end advisory services on construction matters for Peerpoint’s clients.
• Draft and negotiate preliminary documentation (e.g., letters of intent, LOIs).
• Manage professional advisors and external counsel engagements.
• Review and negotiate general commercial contracts.
• Lead or contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams across borders.
