Job summary

Techno CE Pte Ltd, a construction and civil engineering firm in Singapore, is seeking a Construction Contract Manager to oversee contracts, costs and claims across our sites while keeping projects on budget and contractually sound from start to finish.

The role requires a degree or diploma in relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in contract management, and strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction contract management.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA/PSSCOC/FIDIC).
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
• Organised and comfortable handling multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts from award to final account.
• Draft and negotiate contract terms, subcontracts and variation orders.
• Handle claims, extensions of time and dispute resolution.
• Keep project budgets, cash flow and payments on track.
• Work with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Support tendering and bid preparation for new projects.
