Job summary

J.S. Held in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant for construction claims and delay analysis, focusing on dispute resolution, contract management, and project advisory services.

The role requires extensive experience in critical path scheduling and reviewing drawings and specifications on active projects. Candidates should have eight+ years in forensic delay or planning, a recognised degree in construction management/engineering/quantity surveying, and at least five years on-site construction

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of forensic delay or planning experience in construction/engineering.
• Recognised undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or similar.
• Minimum five years on-site construction experience with an engineering or construction firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction advisory services including claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, and scheduling.
• Review drawings, specifications and other engineering and construction documents.
• Participate in contract and change order management.
