Rimkus in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant to support the Commission Lead across construction and insurance engagements. You will draft expert reports, perform delay analyses, and contribute to client strategy and business development.

With 3–5 years post-graduate experience in construction or claims consulting, you will deliver clear narratives, manage data, and guide project planning while upholding Rimkus’s values and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Draft expert reports and claims responses with minimal supervision.
• Perform delay analyses using industry methods.
• Coordinate with leadership on technical reports and client strategy.
• Strong writing skills for large professional reports.
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with disputes/arbitration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft expert reports and claims responses/rebuttals with minimal supervision.
• Review, compile, and analyse records using scheduling or database software.
• Perform delay analysis using Time Impact/Window analyses.
• Act as Lead Assistant overseeing technical reports and client strategies.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and manage team utilisation.
• Support delivery across delay consulting, programming and planning services.
