in Singapore seeks a seasoned Group Consolidation and Statutory Reporting professional to ensure timely and compliant group financial statements and reporting packages to the shareholder, aligned with SFRS/IFRS. You will consolidate group accounts, prepare quarterly and annual packages, review subsidiaries, liaise with external and internal auditors, and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes while partnering with HQ and overseas markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with at least 5 in consolidation.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI; SAP FICO knowledge preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory consolidated accounts in line with SFRS, timely reporting to top management, shareholder and stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for the shareholder; review subsidiaries’ packages.
• Act as liaison with auditors, managing the audit process per schedule.
• Develop accounting guidance across HQ and overseas markets ensuring IFRS/SFRS compliance.
• Partner with FP&A, Group Shared Services and SG Market Finance on finance matters.
• Support SG market financial reporting; review balance sheet and P&L schedules.
• Maintain Group Finance policies and drive process improvements.
• Support strategic group initiatives.
