Job summary

RevUp Consulting is seeking a finance professional to lead group consolidation and reporting, ensuring accurate financial information for stakeholders in accordance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements.

You will manage consolidation from subsidiaries, prepare SGX and management packs, support audits, and drive budgeting, analytical reviews and process improvements within a transformation-led finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, consolidation, financial reporting, and audit.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Hyperion preferred.
• Experience in listed company is a plus.
• Adaptable and proactive in improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage group consolidation and financial reporting, review submissions from subsidiaries, and support year-end audit and Annual Report preparation.
• Prepare SGX and management reporting packs, financial analysis and presentation materials; support SGX reporting and Board reporting.
• Support Group with accounting and compliance workflows, including IFRS updates, liaising with auditors, and statutory reporting.
• Own budgeting and financial analysis, tracking movements, variance analyses and cash flow information.
• Identify opportunities for finance transformation through systems and process improvements.

Our client is seeking a finance professional for group consolidation and reporting to support the Group in producing accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring financial results from subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures are properly consolidated, reported, and analysed in accordance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements, while strengthening finance processes, controls, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage group consolidation and financial reporting, review submissions from subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures, and support year-end audit and Annual Report preparation.
• Prepare SGX and management reporting packs, financial analysis and presentation materials; Support SGX report preparation, results announcements, compliance checklists and Board reporting.
• Support the Group with accounting and compliance workflows, such as keeping up-to-date with new SFRS/IFRS requirements, liaising with external auditors, and support audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Own budgeting and financial analysis, tracking key financial movements, variance analysis, and cash flow information.
• Identify opportunities for finance transformation initiatives through systems and process improvement.

Experience and Professional Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, consolidation, financial reporting, and audit.
