Job summary

CERTIS CISCO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Group Consolidation and Statutory Reporting professional to prepare consolidated accounts under SFRS, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for top management and shareholders.

You will liaise with auditors and lead cross-market finance teams to maintain policy governance. The role requires 7+ years of consolidation experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and knowledge of SFRS/IFRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA/CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with at least 5 years in consolidation.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills; SAP FICO knowledge preferred.
• Experience with S4 HANA implementation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Group Consolidation and Statutory Accounts — Prepare statutory consolidated accounts in accordance with SFRS, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely reporting to top management, shareholder and other stakeholders.
• Shareholder & Subsidiary Reporting — Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for the shareholder, and review subsidiaries' reporting packages.
• Audit Management — Act as a key liaison with external and internal auditors, managing the audit process effectively and according to agreed schedule.
• Group Accounting Centre of Excellence — Develop accounting advice to financial accounting teams across HQ and overseas markets, ensuring compliance with SFRS/IFRS including new standards.
• Business Partnering — Partner with internal departments on finance and accounting matters.
• Financial Reporting — Support SG market financial reporting, including review of balance sheet and P&L schedules.
• Policy Maintenance — Maintain Group Finance policies across markets.
• Continuous Improvement — Drive improvements in consolidation and reporting processes.
• Strategic Initiatives — Support strategic initiatives across the Group.
