Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Markets Operations – Confirmations Analyst to ensure trades are properly confirmed and agreed with counterparties. You will investigate discrepancies, draft confirmations, and manage queries with internal and external stakeholders, while driving process improvements and automation.

Based in Tampines, this 100% on-site role emphasizes strong collaboration, attention to regulatory requirements, and ongoing participation in projects and UAT to support timely

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Treasury products (e.g. Commodities, Securities Lending, FICC) preferred.
• Understanding of Front to Back Trade operational processes; post-settlement experience is an advantage.
• Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Innovative mindset and focus on improving efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trades (treasury products) are confirmed and agreed with counterparties/clients.
• Investigate discrepancies and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and clients.
• Draft confirmations (long‑form) or SWIFT where required.
• Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and system automation.
• Support projects and conduct UAT as required.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to growing the team through training and coaching.
