Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Confirmations Analyst for Markets Operations. This 100% on-site role based in Tampines focuses on confirming treasury trades, handling post-settlement tasks, and driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with internal and external stakeholders, manage queries, and support projects and testing. Degree holders with treasury know-how and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred.
• Good knowledge of treasury products (e.g. commodities, securities) preferred.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade operational processes.
• Experience in post-settlements activities is an advantage.
• Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trades (treasury products) are confirmed and agreed with counterparties/clients.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft confirmations (long-form) or swift as required.
• Manage queries and escalations in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders; drive process improvements.
• Support projects, UAT, and business initiatives; contribute to risk/compliance efforts.
• Mentor/coaches team members; contribute to a collaborative work environment.
