SYSTEM RMC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Construction Project Manager to own multi-plant ready-mixed concrete production, supply, and site works.

You will be accountable end-to-end for production planning, quality assurance, delivery performance, site coordination, cost control and workplace safety. The role demands deep concrete technology knowledge and the ability to lead a large, multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in ready-mixed concrete production, construction or concrete works.
• Experience overseeing production and delivery operations across multiple batching plants (≥5 plants).
• Proven track record managing a team of 100+ staff, including operators and QC personnel.
• Proven experience planning and executing large-volume pours, mass concrete pours and night casting.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and related SS EN standards (206/12350/12390).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production planning across multiple batching plants, balancing orders, schedules, capacity and manpower.
• Supervise batching operations to ensure loads meet approved mix designs and specs per SS EN 206 and project requirements.
• Plan large continuous pours and time-critical deliveries with contingency for breakdowns and weather impacts.
• Track KPIs (output, on-time delivery, wastage) and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure cement, aggregates and admixtures are sufficient.
• Lead QA/QC procedures for materials, batching accuracy, fresh properties and concrete performance.
