RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on multiple sites in Singapore. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will lead site teams, liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, manage budgets and procurement, and ensure proper handover and commissioning

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building or Construction Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project management and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction works, including planning, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers to achieve project objectives.
• Review project drawings, specifications and contracts to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management and clients on milestones and issues.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and authorities for coordination, inspections and approvals.
