Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proficient in project scheduling software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of safety practices and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with BCA, LTA regulations (advantage).
• Possession of WSH Safety Supervisor / bizSAFE / BCSS certification (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction works: planning, scheduling, execution.
• Coordinate and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents for compliance.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management and clients.
• Ensure site activities comply with WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and authorities for coordination and approvals.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure resource efficiency.
• Manage procurement schedules for materials and subcontractors.
• Conduct site meetings and resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Ensure timely completion and handover, testing, and commissioning.
