Job summary

Century Global Resources Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations Manager to lead multi-site construction operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and act as the main liaison among executive management, field teams, and Main Contractor clients. The role requires a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background with 6–8 years in Singapore’s construction sector, plus strong leadership, scheduling, and negotiation skills to drive project

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent recognised by BCA.
• Minimum 6–8 years in Singapore’s construction industry, including at least 3 years managing subcontractor ops or large manpower teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, blueprint interpretation, contract law, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites to maintain consistent performance and workflow.
• Allocate crews, machinery, and subcontractors based on skill, availability, and project phase.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast costs, manage change orders, track expenditures, and review monthly to protect margins.
